Xantus is one of a few companies who has many years experience in Linux. Since 1995 we've been developing software products for the Linux operating system, a UNIX like operating system licensed under so called OpenSource license, a license form which gives the user the right to freely use, change and improve the source code. This development model has implied that Linux very rapidly has evolved to an operating system with the following valuable properties:

Xantus uses and implements Linux in server applications e.g. Inter/intranet server applications, fax-, sms-, mail-, file-, print- and crypto servers. Because of our long experience in Linux we can with certainty and efficiency satisfy the customers' needs to a minimum cost. Great advantages are obtained with Linux, especially in high specialized customer specific applications, where a good solution can be reached to a much lower cost than with competing technology.
